Favorite Square Pattern

Awhile back I posted a photo of what I call the Polka Dot Afghan.  I got the free pattern at Deb's Crafts.  It makes a nice looking square and you can easily adjust the size by using a different hook or by adding more rows.  It's such an easy pattern that once you make a couple, you will have it memorized.

  1. I'm a bit partial to a bit of spotty blanket making too! I have plans to make a hexagon spotty number... but maybe next winter. One blanket at a time keeps me busy enough!

  2. I have never tried crocheting hexagons before but it's on my To Do list. It would be fun to try something different. Thanks for visiting my blog!

  3. Hello Kate
Thank you for following my blog.
This is quite different! I've haven't ever done a black and white spotted blanket before. Modern by daughter would like this more than a traditional granny square blanket. Food for thought :-)

  4. Circles in a square, they are fun and the end result is cool. I've made a couple of ghans with the circle in a square.
